A Royal Conservatoire of Scotland Alum, Alix has both a strong directing and acting background.
In 2016 she directed True Value, which was funded by the Bruce Millar Award, starring Red Madrell (Kidulthood), touring festivals such as Underwire, LIFF and BFI's Women of the World Festival.
Most recently she produced short horror RETCH, which is currently touring the festival circuit, having screened at over 20 festivals, including the London Short Film Festival, Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival and won Best Horror Short at Cinefantasy Film Festival.
